Principle: The wall-scraping anchor agitator rotates under the drive of the power mechanism. In the process of rotation, the material is driven to do axial rotation and radial rotation, so that the mixing is uniform. At the same time, the agitator is surrounded by teflon wall scraping material, scraping the inner wall and bottom of the barrel without residual scraping. High speed dispersing disk in high speed state, has a high linear speed, a short time to disperse the material evenly. High shear emulsifier has extremely high shear force, so that one phase is evenly distributed to another or more phases, to achieve fine homogenization, dispersion emulsification effect.
