DRBL series tubular high shear emulsifier is mainly used to process a large number of emulsions and generate superfine suspension emulsions. Due to the simultaneous processing of three working heads (rotor and stator), a very narrow size distribution can be obtained, and smaller droplets and particles can be obtained, resulting in a more stable mixture. The scatter head is easy to replace and suitable for a variety of different applications. Different machines have the same speed and shear rate, so it is easy to scale up production. It meets CIP and SIP cleanliness standards and is therefore particularly suitable for food and pharmaceutical production. The tubular high shear dispersion emulsifier has very high shear speed and shear force, particle size is about 0.2 ~ 2 microns, which can ensure the stability of high speed dispersion emulsification. The equipment can be adapted to a variety of dispersive emulsification processes and can also be used to produce homogeneous mixtures including pairs of emulsions, suspensions and colloids. The shear force generated by stator/rotor system in high shear dispersion emulsifier increases the solute transfer speed, thus accelerating the decomposition of single molecule and macroscopic molecular medium.
