Overview:
The laboratory basket grinder is suitable for wet grinding of medium and low viscosity fluids, which belongs to the laboratory equipment of intermittent production. Material through the irregular collision between grinding media produced by each direction of the powerful kinetic energy, the particle size in the material becomes smaller. Dispersive grinding integrated, reduce the process, one device and one container can complete dispersive grinding, improve production efficiency, reduce material waste. Manual LIFTING, THE position OF the grinding head relative to the container is easy to control, compared with other grinding equipment, cleaning is more convenient, suitable for a variety of materials grinding.
Principle:
The motor drives the dial rod and the bottom of the dispersing plate to rotate at high speed, so that the upper part of the dispersing plate and the inner part of the grinding basket chamber form a vacuum, and the slurry is sucked into the basket grinding chamber body. The grinding medium in the cavity is driven by the rod to produce forces in all directions. The particles in the material are constantly collided and fricted by the medium, and the particle size becomes smaller and the particle size range becomes narrower. The high speed operation of the dispersing disk generates eddy current to suction the material in the chamber and recycle it to feed, which has a very significant dispersing mixing and grinding effect.
Characteristic
At present, most manufacturers use stainless steel rods as the shafts in their grinding chambers. However, we use ceramic rods instead. Ceramic rods do not have metal contamination, and the material grinding process has no color difference. Most manufacturers use traditional punching and wire cutting for the discharge baskets. This method is prone to blockage. Instead, we use special discharge baskets.
