DLM Basket Mill

The motor drives the dial rod and the bottom of the dispersing plate to rotate at high speed, so that the upper part of the dispersing plate and the inner chamber of the basket form a vacuum. The slurry is sucked into the basket grinding chamber. The rod drives the grinding medium in the grinding basket chamber to produce irregular collision forces in all directions, and the particles in the material are constantly impacted and fricted by the medium, so that the particle size becomes smaller and the particle size range becomes smaller. The high speed operation of the dispersing plate, produces eddy current to suck out the material in the basket body, and recirculates to feed, and has a very significant dispersing and mixing effect. By controlling the oil pump, the hydraulic press frame is driven to lift, and the hydraulic press frame drives the whole transmission mechanism and working group to lift.
